Lucy Minyo is a key client relations manager for PAA who contributes to our governmental and multi-stakeholder property development projects to shape and deliver international partnership and business development schemes in, or requiring, a cultural frame. A Cambridge-graduate in architecture, Lucy has particular expertise working with built heritage, as well as integrating leisure, lifestyle, workspace and cultural infrastructure in both heritage and contemporary design projects that balance political, economic and societal objectives. Her recent major projects in China include masterplan strategies for a 200,000 square metre industrial site in Beijing’s new Tongzhou government hub; a key, influential site in Beijing’s historic centre; and a partnership strategy for the mayor of Manchester’s office to boost that city’s trading relationship with China. In all of these, Lucy led on project and client relationship management, including coordinating external partners, contractors and specialists from around the world. Lucy is a fluent Mandarin speaker with experience delivering projects not only in China, but also across Latin America and the Middle East. Lucy is firmly client focused, delivering added value with efficiency in every project.
