Based upon artist Li Yongfei’s original art work in his interpretation of the historic legend of the ‘Shan Hai Jing’, Rosewood Beijing’s Ballroom Atrium Art Work is understood to be the world’s largest installation in ink.

Across one hundred and forty-three square meters and hung over seven storeys, it combines Li Yongfei’s fine ‘gong bi’ hairline brush work of this “Survey of the Mountains and the Oceans” (‘Shan Hai Jing’) and the ‘shui mo’ ink wash of his recent abstract works.

Peking Art Associates is proud to have overseen the execution of the fine art print version of this epic work and its installation.
